If you want to see the wonder of Christmas in a child’s eyes then you will not want to miss out on Prairie Lights in Grand Prairie. This is not just your average drive through lights display. Halfway through the 2-mile path you can stop at the Holiday Village and meet Santa. While your there take a look around the festive gift shop and even grab a cup of hot chocolate or a snack at the concession stands. The kids will even get to stretch their legs and enjoy a walk among the Holiday Magic Walk-Thru Forest just before loading back into the car to end the drive through a very animated light tunnel.

One thing you do not want to miss is the Grapevine Light Show Spectacular! Stroll down Main Street and enjoy this brilliantly choreographed light show and even sing along with the city’s Christmas tree. This FREE event will give you the opportunity to take lots of pictures and make some great memories. You can even make it a frugal family outing by packing up some snacks and hot chocolate for the car ride home while the kids are talking about all the sights they experienced!

Get the entire family in the Christmas spirit with over 600 LED lights displays! After your drive through the park, be sure to stop at Santa’s Village for great photo ops and a some jolly Christmas fun. When you bring a toy to drop of for Toys for Tots you will get a $5 discount at the gate!
Interlochen Christmas Lights

A neighborhood with over 200 homes on a two mile circular route has provided this Christmas Lights drive-through spectacular for more than 35 years. Free admission makes for a fun and frugal evening with the family while making some great memories. Kids and adults alike will be amazed at how this neighborhood goes all out just to provide a feeling of Christmas spirit for the community.

Dallas Arboretum 12 Days of Christmas At Night
November 16, 2014 – January 4, 2015 (Sun-Thur)
If you want to experience a Victorian Christmas, then this is the place for you! The garden will come alive in the evening for a spectacular illuminated showing. Guests will have the opportunity to stroll the garden at night as they view the 12 days of Christmas exhibit among Victorian carolers. Grab a cup of hot chocolate at one of the concessions and enjoy stepping back into time!
