About: Celebrate Fall Harvest at the Brit by learning about plants, their lifecycles, how they grow, prepare and store their fruits and seeds for the winter. You will see a display on pumpkins and other species in the gourd and melon family. Activities for young people include a gourd “discovery table” and a chance to look at leaves under a microscope and learn why they change color in the fall. Bella’s story time will feature a pumpkin themed book that will be read aloud.

About: Autumn at the Arboretum returns for another season of family fun. The garden will transform thousands of blazing colored florals as over 50,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash come together to form the nationally acclaimed storybook pumpkin village.
