Guitar Center – Saturday, October 1st, 10am – 11am. Come learn all about Signal Flow and Microphone techniques.  Please register in advance.
Home Depot: Saturday, Oct. 1st 9:00am – 12:00pm. Bring the kids to the Home Depot Kid’s Workshop and they can build their very own Fire Rescue Helicopter.  In addition to the newly constructed project kit, each child receives a kid-sized orange apron, similar to The Home Depot associates’ aprons, and an achievement pin. Free.

Fall Festival activities include A Kids’ Village, guessing games with prizes for youth and adults, more than 40
craft vendors, and a variety of delicious fresh fall produce at the Coppel l Farmers Market. Celebrating the reconstruction of Old Town Coppell, all kids will be given hard hats and an opportunity to visit with city engineers who can tell them about the construction process. A first for the Fall Festival is the Kid’s Village, a miniature town kids can ride through and earn prizes. This unique activity will be held in the parking lot of Coppell Home Decor at 456 W. Bethel Road, across from the Farmers Market, at West Bethel and South Coppell Road.

The Goodguys 14th Lone Star Nationals, part of the 2006 Goodguys Event Series will feature over 2,000 1972 & earlier hot rods, customs, classics, street rods, muscle cars, street machines & trick trucks. In addition to the giant car show, the event will showcase manufacturer exhibits and commercial displays both inside the garage buildings and outside, a used auto parts swap meet and cars for sale area, nostalgia entertainment, NASCAR-style rides by Team Texas on Friday and Saturday, model & pedal car expo, featured vehicle display areas on Saturday, Boyd Coddington’s Pro’s Picks, track cruise on Saturday night for event participants, kids area and lots of fun for the entire family.

Head out and enjoy this two-day, all-ages music, art and culinary festival Join some of the best names in national, regional and local music scene at the Fort Worth Music Fest Sept. 30 & Oct. 1. Held on the tree lined lawn of the Will Rogers Memorial Center, the Festival is a celebration of Fort Worth’s rich and diverse musical heritage. 2 days of non-stop music featuring 20 acts on 2 stages, cooking classes by area chefs, artworks for sale by area artists and groovy gear by local vendors make up the 2011 Fort Worth Music Festival.
